As a guideline: we typically work with creators who have ~10,000+ followers on Instagram or ~25,000+ on TikTok.
We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re close to those numbers, or if you’re a creator from an equity-deserving community or underrepresented region. We make exceptions when there’s strong alignment with our mission and values.
If you have a large following on Youtube, Substack, LinkedIn, etc., — please apply as well.

At Creators4Humanity, we welcome two broad kinds of creators:
1. “Big P” Political Creators
You talk about news, policy, or current events directly. You unpack what’s happening in the world and help people understand the systems behind it.
Examples: explaining new legislation, breaking down headlines, or commenting on social movements. You’re already part of the public conversation and often see your content as civic or educational.2. “Non-Political” Creators aka “Little p” Political Creators
You might not mention politics at all—but your content still expresses values that matter.
Examples: creators who focus on wellness, parenting, sustainability, culture, fashion, humour, or community life in ways that model empathy, inclusion, and care. Comedy that punches up and not down. -
This alignment check isn’t about your platform or your content — it’s about you as the applicant.
Team Humanity Alignment
Collective liberation is the goal. Survival within this system is the reality. Both must be held.
Colonization is not in the past—it is active, ongoing, and shapes so much of our world's current reality.
The system protects the powerful 1% and punishes the rest of us. That’s not dysfunction—it’s design.
Corporations, billionaires, and institutions are not neutral. They profit from exploitation and avoid accountability.
Fascism isn’t a hypothetical threat—it’s here, and it must be opposed in all forms.
Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere - "imperialist white supremacy capitalist patriarchy", a term coined by bell hooks, explains how these issues are not separate—they reinforce each other.
Climate justice is indigenous justice
Genocide is always unacceptable, this includes (but isn't limited to) the genocide of Indigenous peoples on Turtle Island, the Holocaust and the ongoing genocide of Palestinians
Human rights of all people should be upheld
Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, Trans, Queer, Disabled, Migrant, Women, and Lower Income folks have long experienced systemic violence and oppression in Canada.
Intentional Community Building Understandings
Being in community requires grace, boundaries, and the ability to navigate disagreement without defaulting to harm or fragility
Everyone is doing their best, and there is space to know better and do better
Not everyone shows up in the same way
The goal is to build something bigger than any one individual
This space is for being in community—not just getting content ideas or exposure
This is not about clout or aesthetics—it’s about building capacity, coordination, and culture-shifting infrastructure

Paid Partnership | Flexible Participation | You’ll never be expected to post something that doesn’t align with your values. And the ask is intentionally low-lift: e.g., 2–3 co-posts per month from a table of issues our editorial board creates.
Funders Aren’t On Our Editorial Board | Funders don’t direct content; they aren’t even allowed a seat on our editorial board!

Community Membership
A more casual way to be part of C4H. You don’t have to participate in coordinated campaigns or the pilot program. Community members get access to a private network of like-minded creators, can attend select meetings or learning sessions, and can ask for support when challenges arise—whether that’s a content issue, online backlash, or a need for clarity on how to navigate something publicly. It’s about connection, care, and shared values—not deliverables.Active Pilot Membership
A smaller group of creators working more closely with the core team to test coordination systems and participate in paid campaigns. Active pilot members help shape how C4H functions in practice, share feedback from the field, and model what a sustainable, creator-led infrastructure looks like.
